Talk It Out Relationship Education Services offers married couples, single individuals, and youth help dealing with separation, marriage, divorce and abuse. We will provide an opportunity to work with a caring relationship educator and counselor to improve their ability to develop a positive attitude towards their family and individual future. The long-term goal of Talk It Out is to empower the family as a unit and as individuals to develop healthy relationships through structured coursework and professional counseling.

Talk It Out educational programs are as follows:

- 24/7 Dad-Fatherhood Program: This program helps men develop the attitudes, knowledge and skills they need to understand apply in order to remain directly involved with their child or children.

- Why Knot: This program assist men and women with the breakdown common of misconceptions about relationships and marriage yet equipping them with new and improved attitudes and communication skills.

- Together We Can: Creating a Healthy Future for our Family- This course encourages family formation and father involvement among unmarried new mother receiving cash assistance.
Relationship Skills Courses for Youth (High School Age and Above)

- Connections: Dating and Emotions: Teaches teens about dating relationships, communication, recognizing destructive patterns, dealing with emotions, and interpersonal skills includes PREP concepts.

- Connections: Relationships and Marriage: Teaches self-awareness, communication, conflict management. Includes the “Marriage Game”. Includes PREP concepts.

- Love U2: Relationship Smarts PLUS: Down-to-earth guidance for building healthy relationships.

- Active Relationships for Young Adults: Teaches emotional regulation tools for managing inner climate and enhancing confidence for a stronger self. Also provides communication and conflict resolution tools for working with others throughout life.
Marriage Skills Training for Singles

- Pick-A-Partner: Recognizing subtle, hidden signs of future problems; judging your partner’s true personally, analyzing your partner’s conscience, pacing the relationship to prevent premature emotional attachments, focusing on your emotional health so you’re not the jerk.

- Ready for Love: Programs combines the 10 RE skills with experiential learning activities around qualities of good relationships boundaries, emotional safety, and the biology of love. Targets singles and solos (those who are coming to marriage education alone, even though they may be married)

- Active Relationships: Active Adults: Teaches emotional regulation tools, effective communication and resolution skills aimed towards making smart choices for a successful life.
Pre-Marital Education for Engaged Couples

- FOCUS Inventory: Facilitating open couple communication, understanding and study.

- PREPARE/ENRICH Inventory: Communication skills exercises.
Mastering the Mysteries of Love: Couples learn how to put and keep honesty, compassion, empathy and trust in their relationship
Marriage Enhancement and Marriage Skills Training Programs for Married Couples

- Active Relationships: Program deal with issues that other curricula don’t cover, including early childhood issues, anger management, money management.

- Couplehood: A New Way to Love: Helps couples take responsibility for how they live and love, and facilitates connection between partners.

- Family Wellness: Covers communication, problem-solving, personal/couple values and goals, money management, intimacy.

- Hold Me Tight: How the science of love helps us create, nurture and protect our most precious relationships.

- Relationship Enhancement: This foundational course give couples experience in deep intimacy-even in the heart of conflict-while teaching them tools to make solutions last. Couples learn how to put and keep honesty, compassion, empathy and trust in their relationship.

- 10 Great Dates: Couples watch a short video on a marriage topic, and then go out on a date to discuss that topic and how it relates to their own marriage.
